It happened just before 6 p.m. on the 4000 block of Meridian Street, according to investigators. The infant was struck in the leg and taken to Nazareth Hospital where he is in stable condition, officials said.
No arrests had been made as of Friday morning, July 19 and the investigation is ongoing, PPD added.
